7min Forgiveness Meditation
Make sure you’re sitting in a comfortable + quiet space where you won’t be interrupted for the next 7 - 15min.
You can light a candle or incense stick if you like.
I highly recommend you listen to it with headphones and turn the volume up!
Remember that it is normal and GOOD if emotions come up. Allow yourself to feel them and release them, make sure you hug yourself and be gentle with yourself. Lay down for 5-10min afterwards.
