Today is all about releasing and shedding. In the video above I start with the different ways of releasing energetic / emotional blocks and then I go over about why it might be difficult for you to let go of certain things.
Towards the end of the video I shared a few key steps to start releasing your sexual past / sexual trauma.
Questions for inquiry
Make sure to take some time to go deep within yourself and be brutally honest with yourself! ❤️
Am I avoiding to feel something?
What have I never allowed myself to feel?
What am I afraid will happen if I fully allow myself to feel my emotions?
What stories have I made up about my past?
What stories have I made up about my feelings?
What stories have I made up about my sexual past?
Do I feel responsible for certain things that happened?
Do I hold shame within me? What do I feel ashamed about?
Am I resistant to let go of something? What do I fear will happen if I release my connection to it?
Journal prompts and Affirmations
Journal prompts and affirmations help you reprogram your mind and nervous system by repeating them over and over again. Make sure that you've done the inner work (e.g. honestly answered the questions above) and then start using these affirmations.
How to use them: Write all or those that you resonate with the most down while journaling. Repeat them to yourself through the day (e.g. while showering, waiting in line, washing. dishes etc.).
It's safe for me to feel my emotions.
I receive the messages I am meant to receive.
I allow my inner knowing to show me the way.
I trust in life's plan for me.
I let go of everything that is no longer serving me.
I am ready to release what's meant to go.
I release with love and gratitude.
I observe without judgement.
I surrender to love and my dreams.
Meditation
In the meditation below we'll do a breathing technique called 4x4 where you:
1. Inhale for 4 seconds
2. Hold the breath for 4 seconds
3. Exhale for 4 seconds
4. Hold the breath for 4 seconds
5. Rest (normal inhaling and exhaling)
No need to worry, you'll get the hang of it while I'm guiding you through it ❤️
Aside from this meditation I highly recommend doing some of the above mentioned emotional / energetic block release techniques.

Sit down in a comfortable place and start to inhale slowly, deeply and controlled through your nose and exhale fully with your mouth.
Stretch your body and shake your arms and wrists to release stagnant energy.
Focus on your breath and with every exhale relax 5% more. Breathe out any tension you might be holding in your neck, shoulders, back or jaw.
Feel how with every exhale, the waves wash away everything that is no longer serving you.
Now place one hand on your heart and the other one on your lower belly and feel what is coming up.
With every exhale you’re releasing more and more.
Now breathe in for 4 seconds.
Hold your breath for 4 seconds.
Then exhale for 4 seconds.
And then hold your breath for 4 seconds.
Breathe in again for 4 seconds,
Hold your breath for 4 seconds.
Then exhale for 4 seconds.
And now hold your breath again for 4 seconds.
Breathe in for 4 seconds.
Hold your breath for 4 seconds.
Then exhale for 4 seconds.
And now hold your breath again for 4 seconds.
Come back to simply inhaling and exhaling.
With very exhale you’re becoming lighter and lighter.
