Get Unstuck Ceremony

This is the recording of our Get Unstuck. Ceremony. It was a beautiful, tender ceremony with different Journaling Questions and Guided Meditation + Movement ✨

What to bring:

• Wear something warm + comfortable in which you can sit & move easily

• Water bottle

• Pen + a Journal

• Have space to sit, lay down and also stand up and move

• Treat it as a ceremony, bring a candle or incense stick to light in the beginning

• Make sure you won't be interrupted during our time together

• Let those living with you know that they might hear some weird sounds from you and they have nothing to worry ;)
