I start off by sharing a bit about sexual energy (kundalini / shakti) and what it actually is and why we need to know how to channel it consciously up our spine and then we begin our ceremony.

The ceremony includes my personal daily kundalini breathwork practice that I used for over a year to catapult my healing journey 😍🔥

For the ceremony please have:

- a pen & paper (journal)

- some water

- a candle

- an incense stick

- a place to lay down at the end of the ceremony

- make sure that you won't be disturbed during the ceremony.
