And I used to think finally feeling free and confident in my feminine energy and sensual embodiment would take a decade and might not even ever be possible for me?

Or that I had already been meditating and thinking positively and using the law of attraction for 3 years when I was still struggling with binge-eating feeling deep-rooted shame for my body and sensuality and being mean to myself in my self-talk.

.. whereas now I deeply honor, love and celebrate my body every day wether I’m feeling fit and happy or if I feel bloated from my period.

What might surprise you is that I thought I was already doing the most “deeply healing work” I thought there was. I WAS happy and positive! But what was missing was the deeply EMOTIONAL HEALING piece. Actually releasing shame, guilt and other emotional blocks from the body.

Bottom line?
