What are Triggers and How to Deal with them?

A trigger is when you react to something emotionally. When you feel rejected, shame or get angry, it shows where some part of you has been hurt, you identified with something or what you fear to lose.

Triggers are the key to seeing where we get to heal ourselves and what needs our attention. Through triggers stored emotions rise up, we feel them and thus we can liberate ourselves from them.
